What Happens on Your CBT Day

Your CBT is a full training day built around five clearly defined elements. You will start with some classroom learning, covering the basics of road safety, the Highway Code as it applies to motorcyclists, and essential safety information. From there, you move into practical off-road exercises to develop your feel for the machine before progressing to supervised on-road riding with your instructor.

The structure and content of the CBT is set by the DVSA and applies to every learner in the UK. What we bring to it at Grove Park is a calm, supportive environment and experienced instruction that helps you build confidence at your own pace.

Courses run Monday to Saturday throughout the year, giving you a good range of dates to choose from.
