CBT Camberwell

London Motorcycle Training offers a professional Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) course to motorcycle riders of all experience levels with UK licences. In fact, you don’t need to have any experience at all to take our CBT course. As long as you have a valid UK licence, you’re qualified to take the course.

The UK government requires motorcycle riders to have a UK licence and CBT certificate before riding alone on the open road. The CBT certificate proves that you’ve completed a CBT course successfully and obtained the proper knowledge needed to ride motorcycles safely in Camberwell and across the UK.

Thousands of students have already taken our CBT course. They are now solo riding on the roads of Camberwell without any problems. We give students the knowledge and confidence they need to ride their motorcycles responsibly and safely.

By the time you finish our course, you will understand how to operate a motorcycle and spot potential hazards on the road. Then you’ll have a better chance of avoiding accidents before they occur. 

London Motorcycle Training puts students through a CBT course curriculum featuring the following five elements:

–   Vision testing

–   Learning dashboard controls

–   Off-road riding training

–   45 minutes of classroom education about safety

–   On-road riding training 

You will be issued an official CBT certificate after you’ve completed these five areas of focus to the required standard. As a result, you will have the freedom to ride alone on your motorcycle wherever you want to go in the UK. The certificate remains valid for approximately two years.
