CBT Borough Green
Are you looking for a training facility to renew or earn a Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) certificate in Borough Green? If so, you have found the right place to receive your training.
LMRT Motorcycle Training is authorised to teach an all-inclusive CBT course for anyone wishing to ride their motorcycles without supervision on the roads of Borough Green and the United Kingdom. The only requirement for entry into the CBT course is a valid UK licence or a European Licence with a D91 form.
Here are the five stages of the CBT course in Borough Green:
Course Objective – The instructor will begin the course with a brief overview of the course objective and the things you’ll learn and review throughout each stage. We’ll also test your ability to read numbers on a car plate from at least 20 metres. Then we can verify if your eyesight is good enough for you to ride on the road safely.
Controls – The instructor will review and explain the functions of the primary controls on a motorcycle dashboard.
Off-Road Motorcycle Riding – The instructor will assess your motorcycle riding abilities on an off-road obstacle course.
Road Safety Lessons – The instructor will review the common dangers and safety laws of riding on the open road.
On-Road Motorcycle Riding – The instructor will assess your motorcycle riding abilities on the main roads amid traffic. This is where we’ll see whether you can comply with traffic laws and stay safe on your bike.
Get Your Certificate of Completion
If you pass the on-road motorcycle riding evaluation, we’ll issue an official CBT Certificate of Completion that will remain valid for two years.
